What does this WWF Helper do?

How are WWF scores calculated?
Each letter has a fixed point value in Words With Friends. The score shown is the sum of those values for the word. Board multipliers — Double Letter, Triple Letter, Double Word, Triple Word — depend on placement and are not included here. Use the shown score as the base to build from.
What is the 7-tile bonus in Words With Friends?
